Fantastic Apartment-Style Living!

helpful team super clean housekeeping convenient laundry

The front desk team was AMAZING!!! They assisted with taxi bookings. Housekeeping was super clean throughout my stay. Doing laundry in the suite was very convenient. The location is close to the heart of Wan Chai and shopping, yet quieter.

The entrance lobby looks updated but the rooms are a bit outdated.

The staff was friendly and spoke both English and Mandarin, a BIG plus. I appreciated the quick and efficient help I received. Free coffee from the lobby was also available.

The apartment had a kitchen and a washing machine plus a dryer. WiFi worked well so I was able to work comfortably. There is space for working, very suitable for a longer stay.

The room felt more like a studio than a typical hotel room. I found this design gave me greater comfort. The air conditioning is strong with units in both the living space and the bedroom.

the staff was really nice and attentive, reachable via whatsapp if needed.

the entrance lobby looked modern based on the pictures, but the room was old. the windows had single-layered glass, so all outside noises were audible.

the location proves convenient, its near an mrt station. i found various dining options close by. the staff was friendly. they are available via whatsapp for any assistance i required. i found this very efficient.

the single layered window allows a lot of noise. outside sounds were easily heard inside the room.
